Christmas 2013

This was our first Christmas in our house. It was so fun to celebrate in our home, but we only had our little 4 foot tree to use. We put it on top of a box in the family room so it worked ok, but we will definitely try to find a bigger one next year. We will have to get a 7 or 8 foot one for the family room, but if we want to put one in our living room we will need one bigger than 12 feet. We will see how that works out.
 My parents, sister and nephew spent Christmas with us. It's really nice to be able to have family stay with us now since we finally have room for visitors! We kept it really low key, kept the presents simple and enjoyed being together. Rose wasn't sure what to make of her first Christmas, but she liked playing with her new toys.
