Erik Turns 10!

December 30th we were able to celebrate Erik's 10th birthday. I can't believe my first baby is already 10!!! My parents were able to celebrate his birthday with us, which was fun. Erik is usually a great helper, although sometimes he tries to be "the boss" when we haven't asked him to.....we're working on that. He is doing very well in 4th grade, is going to play spring soccer this year and is going to join the running club at school. He loves Cub Scouts, video games, playing with his friends, playing games, staying up late and reading. He really, really wants his own room, but that won't happen until 1) Alex starts sleeping in a regular bed and 2) Rose starts sleeping through the night so she can move in with Lily. He is getting really tall, wears size 14 pants and a mens size 7 shoe!!! He really needs to stop growing. He loves his siblings and loves to help make dinner. We sure love this kid!
